In this image, Jack Baker can be seen treating a captured German soldier. It is believed that this image was taken in Southern France – possibly near┬áBaie de Cavalaire. Although the exact date isn’t known, it is likely that the event took place from August 15, 1944 to September 10, 1944.┬áThis image was taken by Dale Rooks, and may have been featured in a news magazine at the time.
